I'm not completely sure what you're asking, but if your email address works, then that means your email address IS your user name. Most sites operate like that...
We have submitted a new version to the App Store that addresses all of the issues and are currently awaiting approval. Once approved, it will be available to everyone as an update. Please let us know if this fixes the issue once it's out.
Please try updating to the latest version of the app on the app store and see if that fixes the issue.
We've received some emails with users that are experiencing the same issue. We're still trying to figure out what the main cause is, but it seems that all the users that are experiencing this issue are all using iOS 4.1. The most current version of iOS available on the App Store is 4.2.1 (soon to be 4.3). The testing device that we are using is running iOS 4.2.1 and isn't experiencing any issues. If you can update your iOS software to the current version, I believe this issue will be resolved.

However, we are aware of the issue and will be working to fix it as soon as possible. Once we fix the issue, we will send it to the App Store for approval.
Our developer is looking into this issue. This issue occurs sometimes and there doesn't seem to be a pattern. A question to anyone that remembers, did you use the Undo/Redo features during the competition puzzle when that happened?

So it looks like some users are experiencing this issue while others are not. If you are having this same issue, please email me with the following information:

- Picture of the completed board
- Model of phone you're using
- Version of Android that your phone is running

Hopefully we can have this issue fixed soon, but first we need to figure out what the users that are experiencing this issue have in common since many users were able to successfully upload their results to us already.
There is never 2 solutions to a puzzle and there are no errors in the code either. I'm not sure what you're using to verify, but I can tell you that puzzles are fine and if you're not seeing the pop up at the end, then it's not correct. Without seeing your specific puzzle, I can't say for sure, but if you'd like, take a picture of your completed puzzle and send it to skhodab@genina.com
The answer here is simple. Your answers aren't correct. When you finish the puzzle correctly, the same congratulations message will pop up just like in normal games, but since this is a competition, all validation and help tools are disables. If the time is still ticking, then the puzzle is incorrect and you need to go back in and figure out where. Hope this helps.

Go into the Android Marketplace and search for "Sudoku Free" or "Sudoku Premium" (the second one is $2.99 but without ads) and download from there.
Yes, it is connecting to the internet in order for the ads to work. The internet usage wouldn't spike dramatically from our application, though so I recommend looking into your other applications.
This is a known issue that users are experiencing using iOS4 and we're working to resolve it as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.
