Hints are not "undoable". Not at this time, anyway.
No, we didn't, but we are looking at how the puzzles are rated, because we did hear from a few players that the hard and extreme puzzles are too easy.

Thank you for letting us know. We think this may have to do with the ads being loaded. Would you try switching to full screen ads (under Settings, requires restart) and let me know if that improves the response time.
