I looked at this phone and it doesn't seem to have dedicated number keys. I'd try pressing the keys with numbers on the top half together with the Alt key or together with the Shift key, but if you tried that and it didn't work, I'd say then this hardware is not supported. Sorry about that.
As far as I know hardware keys have always been enabled. Let me know if they don't work for you. You may need to use the modifier keys like Alt, Shift or Ctrl, depending on your keyboard.
These are puzzles that only available at certain times with all helper functions disabled. Additionally, for any given competition, the puzzle would be the same for everyone.
We may be adding the ability to enter puzzles in the future version
Would you be able to send us the device logs so we could pinpoint the problem?
Normally, you would have to use the back button on your device.

Hello all.

We would love to be able to limit / exclude invalid entries, and we've been thinking about ways to do that for quite some time now. However, none of the proposed options are bullet-proof and most of them run a very high risk of excluding valid times. In addition, even if we did introduce a solution in one of the future versions, the cheaters would still be able to keep cheating as long as they didn't update to that version.

We welcome your recommendations, but remember, our goal is not only to stop cheaters, but also to avoid "false positives", that is - avoid excluding legitimate results.
