I play the medium skill level. Probably every other time I play, it results in an unsolvable puzzle. My wife, a long time player of the sudoku premium, concurs and is quite surprised since her app always works OK on her tablet. We both use samsung s2 tablets.

If you come across a puzzle you deem unsolvable, please take a screenshot and post it here. Then use the "Undo" function to take the puzzle back to its original condition and take another screenshot and post it here. We will then be able to investigate.

Never had this problem on any difficulty (play all depending on amount of time disposable) and have the app on multiple devices

1) Row 7, eliminate excess 6, 8. Leaving 2x cells with 8/6 and 2x cells with 1/2.
2) Row 7, eliminate excess 1, 8, 6. Leaving 3 cells as 8/6, 1/8/6 and 1/6 and 2x cells as 2/9.
3) This leaves Column 5 with 4 cells as 1/7, 1/2, 2/9, 7/9. This eliminates the 1 in the cell on row 2, column 5, which means it is a 3.

Rest of the puzzle should be easy.

leomaks your puzzles is solvable.

Let's give letters and numbers to rows and columns:

1) You can see that G3 and G4 may contain only 8 and 6, that means G5 and G7 can't contain 8 or 6.
2) H3, H6 and H9 contains 1, 6 or 8. That means H5 and H7 can't contain 1, 6, or 8.
3) Now you see that in row 5 the only place where you can put number 8 is A5.
After that all other cells are filled without any problem.
