I cannot get into the game. The genina screen comes up and then it immediately goes back to my games menu. This has only happened since I installed the latest update. Had anyone else experienced this problem?

We've received some emails with users that are experiencing the same issue. We're still trying to figure out what the main cause is, but it seems that all the users that are experiencing this issue are all using iOS 4.1. The most current version of iOS available on the App Store is 4.2.1 (soon to be 4.3). The testing device that we are using is running iOS 4.2.1 and isn't experiencing any issues. If you can update your iOS software to the current version, I believe this issue will be resolved.

However, we are aware of the issue and will be working to fix it as soon as possible. Once we fix the issue, we will send it to the App Store for approval.

I too have the same problem. The Sudoku screen immediately disappears once tapped. Of course, I am using 4.0.1 Version but have not updated my software. Is there any way to download old version again?

Please try updating to the latest version of the app on the app store and see if that fixes the issue.

I am on iOS 4.01 and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Didn't work. Stil same fault. Have lost all previous scores now. Might try to update from iTunes on PC. Assume will have to delete from iPhone again and then sync from PC until new update is available?

We have submitted a new version to the App Store that addresses all of the issues and are currently awaiting approval. Once approved, it will be available to everyone as an update. Please let us know if this fixes the issue once it's out.
