I just updated to the latest version and now Sudoku crashes every time if I'm not connected to the Internet. I have deleted it and reloaded it twice and still have the same problem. Any ideas?

I'm connected to the Internet and it still crashes. This makes Papasan very sad -
Please revert back to the previous version until its fixed.

Please share your device versions / app versions with us. Also, feel free to send me a private message with any additional details, like do you get past the splash screen? If so, how far along in the game are you?

In my case it happens with an iPad 3 updated with the last version of iOS 6.1. It crashes when you are in the middle of the game. Thank you

I too have downloaded the current genina sudoku which crashes even if I am connected to the internet!!!! PLEASE genina can you fix this - or reinstate the original programme- which I loved! napier18

Here is a temporary fix:
1) Start the app while connected to the Internet (Wi-Fi or Wireless, doesn't matter).
2) Start / resume a game and let the app load an ad.
3) As soon as the first ad appears, kill the app from the task manager (double click home, then hold Sudoku icon until a red minus sign appear, then click the minus sign to close).
4) The first ad may crash the app, if that happens start over until you are able to get past the first ad loading (you shouldn't have to do this more than a couple of times).
5) Restart the app and you should be good to go.
We'll be releasing a permanent fix soon.

iOS 6.1.2. Sudoku crashes halfway through game. Sometimes I can't get to main screen. When I click on the app it flashes back to my home screen and won't go to app. Please fix!!

IPad second gen Sudoku ver 9.0.2. I have the paid app (so ads are not the problem). It crashes about 60 % of the time after uploading the result, it briefly displays the message saying what % of the results you have made, then crashes. It does not save the result in my results table. It is very frustrating when you get 95% then don't get the excellent result saved! If I unload from memory and reload, it works once or twice hen starts crashing again. I have the same problem with the free app.

I wish we'd have your iPad to test with, as we are unable to reproduce this with any one of ours, but we'll keep investigating.

It does appear to be linked with the quality of the access to the server. Instead of saying "unable to connect", it seems to time out and crash while uploading results. It seems that you only update the device results table after you upload because after the crash the latest result is not saved locally. If nothing else, could you not update the device results first, at least we can then upload them later.
